Be a pilot of a futuristic high tech sphere that controls as easily as an FPS. Inside the sphere all forces are negated, leaving you with a confortable downward gravitational pull that you're used to from everyday life. Survive drops from even the most extreme heights without a hitch in this virtually indestructible vehicle.
So this isn't much more than a tech demo in a small playground level, but I'd like to get some feedback. It's an attempt to get FPS style movement with a cockpit for (hopefully) less nausea. Almost all focus so far has been on controls and physics behavior.
Key bindings are as follows:
F = reset camera (do this first to get correct seating position) WASD + Mouse = FPS-style movement as usual Space = Jump Mouse1 = Break/Slow Q = invert cockpit (roll 180°) C = toggle pitchable cockpit (careful with this, can be fun but nauseating) E = invert gravity G = disable gravity (kinda needs pitchable cockpit to move through air) ESC = exit Tab = UE4 console
