Please report back when you find out what caused the cancellation.
If we don't hear back from you we'll just assume it was related to repeated failed payments, an attempt to order via parcel forwarder or ordering with mismatching CC information.
Sure, some orders will have been cancelled in error, but most of the times there's a clear reason for the cancellation.
I Changed The Payment method to pay pal as oculus support suggested, because my Shipping address was different form The billing address..They said it was ok..and then now this....
...they haven't answered my ticket yet. .it has been nearly a day...
