Thank you Oculus..For canceling my order without notifying me ..

Title says all..received a mail that says my order has ben cancelled. .No explanation, no request to update my Payment options if there was a problem with transaction..now i have to be last in the queue again, after waiting this much?

    Open a ticket with support and tell em what happened - hopefully you'll get it sorted out.
    Not much else you can do unfortunately - things like these suck.

    Please report back when you find out what caused the cancellation.

    If we don't hear back from you we'll just assume it was related to repeated failed payments, an attempt to order via parcel forwarder or ordering with mismatching CC information.


    Sure, some orders will have been cancelled in error, but most of the times there's a clear reason for the cancellation.

    I Changed The Payment method to pay pal as oculus support suggested, because my Shipping address was different form The billing address..They said it was ok..and then now this....

    In that case, work with Support and they might be able to fix it.

    Hope so, they haven't answered my ticket yet. .it has been nearly a day

    And dont they charge upon Shipping? My estimated delivery date was August

    I think you'll have to allow more time than that for a response. Oculus Support have a lot of tickets to deal with atm, and probably not enough staff. In some cases customers have had to wait for a week or more for a response.
