I put in a pre-order for the Oculus Rift and now my Rift is being processed for shipping (my credit card has already been charged). Unfortunately I never received an email that my Rift was ready to ship and now I need to have my shipping address changed and am unable to do so from the Oculus order page. I have since created a support ticket and would appreciate any help getting my ticket for this request though before the Oculus Rift ships out.
