Oculus Support have dropped the ball

What the hell is going on over there in california, my ticket has been open for a month, last reply was two weeks ago saying they are still working on it...... but there's nothing to work on. The package was lost by UPS, end of story send me a new one. Apparently new units ship in two days........then why cant they ship me one! They have just been ignoring me, its insulting and unacceptable. I stupidly did not use paypal or a credit card so I cant just get my money back. Anyone else in the same boat?
