I want to leave some feedback on the customer service I received after requesting a replacement rift after ours had one of the arms pop off severing the cable within and effectively destroying use of the built-in headphones and 360 degree head tracking. The oculus service reps were very quick to respond and after investigating the nature of the damage promptly send me a paid return shipping label. Once I sent the rift off to Oculus the service reps quickly responded any questions I sent them and I received a brand new rift within the estimated time frame they provided. Overall I am very happy with the Oculus support team and the support they provided. I had heard some horror stories regarding returns but I wanted to let you know that definitely was not my experience.
