CV1 error with orange light and invalid bundle adjustment, other CV1 works on the same computer

Hi,
My CV1 suddenly doesn't display anything, and light is orange.
Oculus Home says rfit is connected, and I tried resetting device and during setup HMDI and USB is correctly detected.
I tested with a different CV1 on my computer and that CV1 works, I also tested with a DK2 and that works.
Can anyone point what might be the problem?
Thank you.

I tried switching cables with a different CV1.
And the cable from the defect CV1 works on a different working CV1, but the working CV1 cable doesn't work on the defect CV1.

    any person could help please?
cable is working on a different CV1 and different CV1 works on the same computer and port.
So must be something on the headset itself, right?
    I also followed https://forums.oculus.com/community/discussion/44420
and reinstalled everything and still same.
    I uploaded my log.
    Thanks.

    More on this

So I noticed there was a error for about 1 sec "inalid bundle adjustment".
From what is written at Oculus here, it seems to be a hardware error, and RMA might be the only solution?

Anyways I created a ticket and Oculus was quick to respond, thanks.
Though only said they will look into the matter, nothing about RMA yet.
Duno how much time that would take.

I uploaded the log to the topic post.
The error in the log when plug in the defect CV1 seems to be

[Service_2016-11-18_15.20.23.txt] 18/11 16:31:21.733 {!ERROR!} [Kernel:Default] [DisplayManager] Failed to set power mode on NVidia adapter. -175
[Service_2016-11-18_15.20.23.txt] 18/11 16:31:53.726 {!ERROR!} [HW:Health] Failed to load LED calibration from the HMD
[Service_2016-11-18_15.20.23.txt] 18/11 16:32:06.254 {!ERROR!} [HW:Health] Failed to load LED calibration from the HMD

these error don't appear when the working DK2 is plugged in

    Sounds wierd.
Try and upgrade your graphics drivers.
Do you have the Oculus in the main GPU HDMI port?

    Thanks for the response.
My driver is newest at Nvidia 375.86.
The 3 headsets I tested, defect/working CV1 and DK2, are all tested with plug in the main HDMI port.
Btw, the defect CV1 was working for weeks.

Oculus support told me that typically a replacement will solve everything.
you can create a ticket to Oculus.

Exactly the same issue. It was working fine and one day black screen and orange light. I tried everything after that reinstall windows, tried 3 - 4 dvi to hdmi adapters. I am out of options and I cannot rma my unit because I am living in an unsupported country. If anyone can find a fix for that please share. Thanks.
