I tried making techno/metal songs, and wrote my own small 10-track album. But I was never really that great at composing original techno/trans tracks I must admit lol
I ended up selling it to someone who could use its power for good.

Here's a cool one. Journey Of The Sorcerer by The Eagles. If you don't recognise which TV series used this as it's theme then you need to watch better shows.
Heard 5 seconds and of it and was promptly ashamed I didn't recognize the title. But then again, I was one of those that proudly wore a digital watch when wristwatches was something you were expected to have...
@Cybereality Awesome recommendation! Crying Over Pros - best edIT album, in my opinion. I used to jam this album out a lot, when it first dropped. I was a big Planet-Mu fan back then, and still am.
I met him before at a gig in LA back in '05; there were some great artist playing that night: Daedalus, Eight Frozen Modules, and Terminal 11.

Speaking of The Guide... that reminds me of that other show BBC is known for... And also probably the most awesomest video on Youtube...
I love the themesong but I must confess that I have only seen one episode...... I just don't know where to start... especially since those early seasons are so fragmentarily survived
Hey @BlastaMasta, I love your videos. I gave you an Awesome, wish I could give you more. Those were some sick tunes (and I take it you like anime, me too!).
LOL @DaftnDirect, I haven't heard The Specials in a while. Used to be big into them as a teen.
awesome tracks @Syndroid ! I went through a dubstep / Drum and Bass phase about 7 years ago, still enjoy Drum and Bass every now and again, some of my friends are still really into it
I have a very broad music taste from metal -> hiphop -> beatles but my true love lies with french electronic music aka Ed Banger Records :
This music video is awesome:
Edit: @cybereality I feel like you'd be into squarepusher Saw him live and it blew my mind :P
cybereality Anime is my guilty pleasure, because everyone looks at me like I'am a wierdo when I watch it. None of my friends and relatives are into it.
I just recently started watching it after some discussion about Anime as a medium on some other forums, and initially I thought it's just Sailor Moon etc. but I learned about series like Ergo Proxy, Psycho-pass, Death Note etc. and I am blown away, I even tried ones like Toradora! or Welcome to NHK and I loved them too. Most recent one "Your lie in april" just leaft me speachless... Guess I am hooked.
I love this thread, I am so behind when it comes to music... I just don't have time researching it now, think I am getting too old. So keep them coming.

Some old favourite:
I was really hesistant to put this one up, I did, and then I deleted it... its only because someone replied adressing it that kept it in place. enjoy.
The song is misleading, this is not a happy story.
