That's pretty sweet. Looks like a cross between The Guyver and a Gundam.

Would you say medium is better than Zbrush for blocking out shapes?

Medium is 100% better than Zbrush for blocking out shapes.

In Zbrush, you have to use different things like zspheres or dynamesh in order to create complex forms with even topology.

With Medium, you can just start plopping down material and it's magically a perfect solid.  This is also why it's such a great starting point for sculpts that will eventually be 3d-printed.

    Also, great sculpt, Mag!

Looks like maybe a cross between a mech and an organic. Very dramatic lighting in the last two scenes.

    Thanks everyone!
@Thane_  I think Medium is great for quick sketches. I hope it can become as advanced as Zbrush.

FRAPS hasn't been updated in years and is kind of slow. I've used Action! for recording game tutorials. I haven't tried it with Rift content, but I bet it will work. It has some of the best performance, so you can record at 60fps at HD res and not slow down the game.

I use Nvidia Shadowplay aswell. Records without dropping FPS.

Made this one a while back waiting for touch:

    Also, incredible render!

Completely agreewith Nvidia Experience. So easy to use. Made a few tutorials in it and ended up editing them in Premiere.

With my artistic skills I'll have difficulty to write the word "MECH" in Medium! You did a great work here, Bravo! :)

Actually now you can use D3DGear game recording software to record Oculus Rift games. D3DGear is capable to recording Oculus Rift games to stunning HD SBS stereoscopies movie natively.  D3DGear also allows to stream broadcast Oculus Rift games and measure Oculus Rift games rendering frame rate in headset.
