Is it actually possible to animate the Quill paintings like in the promotional videos?

I touched every button and looked at every menu, but I cannot find an option to animate the paintings like it's shown in the promotional videos, and I have been googling for 20 minutes but I cannot find anything. Is it actually possible?

Quill currently doesn't have this functionality. Those clips were all taken from our (Story Studio's) next film Dear Angelica. The movement was procedurally created in Unreal as a shader.

It's definitely on our roadmap as a future feature.

I know this is from a bit back, but I'd still love to see multiple frame animation built into Quill, it'd be a blast to animate with. ^^

Its really about getting the data out of quill - and then importing that into Houdini - this then allows you to manipulate the point data.

If you have access to GDC Vault, we describe much of the process in the top link of this page (with the star next to it):
http://www.gdcvault.com/search.php#&category=free&firstfocus=&keyword=dear+angelica&conference_id=

If you DONT have access, click the bottom link on that page and youll at least have access to the slides. Hopefully you can piece it together from that (since the notes are pretty much verbatim what I said on stage)
