Black Screen

Ive alredy installed the rift and have used it before this happened and when I plugged everything in and put the headset on it was just a black screen but I could hear the game through the headphones. What am I doing wrong?

    Go to support.  Same with me although I only got 5 mins of vision before black screen with audio you'll probably need a new head set.  of course check y=the hdmi connection to the HS, gather lots of logs check it on another machine.  Cybereality has a pinned guide on log gathering.   I have found support both helpful and timely
