Hi, I just got a new Oculus Rift from BestBuy. For whatever reason its not working. During the setup it is just saying to continue the steps in the rift. The light is white, but nothing is showing up on screen. I have tried everything but I don't know if it has something to do with an Error popping up on my screen saying. " Fatal Error in gc"

Please Help.

You need to be more specific.  Can you take a screen shot?  Can you give a more specific list of your PC components you got?

It maybe a Windows problem.  What is the exact error msg and error code?

If you have a Anti virus. Internet Security suite.  Try disabling it first and try to reinstall the program.  Run it as ADMIN as well.
