Rift compatibility check says some strange things.

I was running the compatibility check on my PC, and when it was done, it displayed this text: Your NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Graphics card does not meet the minimum requirement which is a NVIDIA GTX 970 or greater. Now I am pretty sure 1050 is higher than 970. Can anybody tell me what is going on?

The minimum is actually a NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti. The 1050 will still work, but may not be the optimal experience. See the system requirements here:

Keep in mind that when you are below the requirements you may experience some performance issues, especially with some of the more high-end games. The Oculus software will largely mitigate this so it still looks smooth on your end but, depending on the game, it may not run well.
