4 days ago we received an e-mail notification from Oculus support team (ticket #372575) that our application "Altair Fulldome Cinema" was removed from Oculus Gear VR Store while some users had a problem with IAP subscription.
We fixed that problem immediately, but still can't receive any answer from support when our application will be available in the store again. I created 2 tickets for support (#372745) and (#373198). But didn't receive any answer.
I wrote directly but was forwarded to support again.
I ask you to help us solve this problem. It is very important for us to return to the store as soon as possible.
