Shipping time

I just bought the Rift and Touch bundle. I live in Canada, Qc. What would be the average shipping time? A week...few months?

    I'm from Spain. I had some problems with my address and after fixing it, the status is frozen in "ordered". Do you have the same or do you have "processing"?
    For now I couldn't find any time estimation.

    2-4 business days was the last I believe ?
    A PC with lots of gadgets inside and a thing to see in 3D that you put on your head.

    @red4ever, thanks. In my country people are receiving tomorrow their purchase!, only some of us with the initial (and solved) problem with the addres have the "order", the rest almost in a few minutes had "processing" and "sent".... :-(
    I opened a ticket but I'm still waiting for answer since yesterday morning

    Mine has been stuck in "Processing for shipping" for about a day... I guess they're getting swamped with orders (or maybe even sold out). Should have probably ordered from somewhere else and I might've had the Rift today or tomorrow.

    Im from Spain and in almost 24h I haven't get the tracking number. Bought yesterday afternoon.

    I ordered a 3rd sensor on the 10th and just got my tracking number, hasn't shipped yet. I'm in Alberta.

    If you had an issue with your address (like I did) it automatically cancels your order if you don't correct the problem within 2 days or something

    48 hrs later after buying in US and it is still at "Ordering".

    I ordered a 3rd sensor on the 10th and just got my tracking number, hasn't shipped yet. I'm in Alberta.
    I ordered a third sensor this morning. I hope it won't be slowed down too much by all the Rift bundle shipping activity. I won't complain, though, because I can still Rift while I wait.

    Edit: as of the evening of the 13th, my status changed to Processing for Shiping and my credit card has been charged the full amount.

    I ordered mine on July 11th. I also live in Quebec. My order status is still stuck at "Order". I also ordered a 3rd sensor with my Rift/touch bundle. Nothing moved since my purchase.

    I ordered my sensor on the 10th, got tracking number on the 12th, shipped the 13th, said it will arrive on the 18th in central alberta. Coming from Kentucky, so guys on the east coast will probably have faster shipping times.

    hey, also ordered from there, do you have any updates? My order is also just sitting in "Ordered" state, i'd love _some_ kind of feedback from someone else in the same region

    If you don't get a tracking number 3 days after your order, I would contact support.

    Contacted support being it is approx 4 days and have gotten no word back. All they gave me was a "we will look into it." It on "ordering" and has been for the past few days. Good luck to anyone else who ordered after me...

    I ordered on the 11th and mine also still had a status of order. I am in the US and can't see anywhere to email and request a time frame for shipping.

    I contacted support about my order still having the status 'order' after 72 hours and this is their reply:

    Thanks for taking the time to contact Oculus Support today.
    Due to the exceptional response to our Summer Sale, we've seen an increase in demand and are working hard to keep up.
    There is no ETA at this time, but we will be sure to email you with your shipping confirmation as soon as we ship!

    I ordered mine the 12th (7/12/17) and contacted support. only got 3 links, 1 of which doesn't work. due to the sale they are packed with orders. i'm anxious to get mine just as any other buyer. Guess all we can do is wait and see. If I still don't have a tracking number in 2 days I will contact them again but i'm sure its because of the sale. So my suggestion is to just be patient, wait for the tracking number, and maybe contact support if its been 4-5 days since you've been updated on your order

    I ordered mine on the 10th (10/07/17) but got my confirmation of order within about 4hours. It then stayed on "Processing for Shipping" for a few days. In that time I contacted support and they said my order had been picked and was awaiting pickup by USP. I ordered a 3rd sensor on the 12th and it was picked and shipped on the same day I ordered it and it arrived today (14/07/17). It's a bit annoying that the sensor on it's own got here so fast compared to the rift and touch but by the look of things I was lucky to get in on the existing stock.

    They are just being swarmed due to the sale, so it is quite normal it takes a few days longer. Heck, they might even have run out and are waiting for new stock to arrive before updating your orders. patience everyone :)
