I wish to take a 360 screenshot of the new update of oculus home and dash and I wish to be able to share it on facebook. How would I go about to doing so?
D3DGeear has just released a new feature to take HD 360 panorama screenshot from Oculus Rift games and home. You can download D3DGear from its website http://www.d3dgear.com and give it a try.
I just tried this. Does not work. Installed the app, set a hot key (f10) and then fired up oculus, jumped into rec room, pressed F10 both on the real keyboard and virtual keyboard until I was blue in the face, not a single screenshot was generated.
You could fire up C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-diagnostics\OculusMirror.exe and take a screenshot of that window. Though it won't be 360 deg.
