Oculus Medium Suddenly Crashing on Start - Please Help

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with Medium where the program crashes on start, it returns an error message saying fatal error: medium has crashed. I have tried reinstalling Oculus software and Medium. Medium is installed on the C drive and all my drivers are up to date. This program used work ok so I am unsure of the problem. Please could you give me suggestions?

    Really , I'm in the same shit. Pretty pissed off that I don't find help . This app was awesome when I first tried it . Now it seems full of bugs .
