S6 Cannot Enable GearVR Developer Mode

I have a S6 Edge device.
To enable the GearVR Developer mode one used to tap on the VR Service Version, but now it tells be  Setup Incomplete
Used to work just fine. What the flip Oculus?

    asks to Agree to a Notice of Warning and EULA

    Gear VR setup wizard asks to uninstall working versions of Gear VR Video and Samsung Gallery.
    And asks to install Oculus Browser without an option not to. Nice bloatware Oculus. 109MB download.

    ... then when it asks to log into a Facebook. just kill the dialog.

    go to Apps. Gear VR Service and do the tap dance again.

    This time it will do the scan and.
    You are a developer.

    Then the checkbox appears to enable Developer mode and. Add icon to app list.

    Note for oculus. Just launch your damn VRSetupWizardStub instead of giving a toast  Setup Incomplete

    GearVR service must be dragged to the Home Screen by the user.

    Nice. the new list shows VR_ONLY and DUAL apps in separate lists.
