Unfortunately I needed support for my Rift.
I've seen so many negative comments on here about support, so I thought I'd add a positive one.
From "first contact" to "Your Oculus replacement is on its way!", .......... in under 24 hours.
My right side headphone broke off at the swivel part. I really don't know how. I hung the Rift on it's softly carpeted hanger at the end of the night and when I went to use it the next day the earpad was hanging by the wire.
So, in less than 24hrs, my replacement headphones have been dispatched. Thank you Oculus Support.
