Realistic Hardware Requirements

I am new.

I am also sure this is a tired topic, but I have been researching so much and I really am on the fence.

I have an RX 580 8GB graphics card, along with an overclocked Ryzen 7 at 3.9ghz with 16GB of RAM.

I keep reading about mixed experiences with the Rift with this hardware.

I really want to dive in, but what's holding me back is my limited space and the fear of having a janky experience.

I know what Oculus recommends, but I also don't want to be disappointed.

What are your thoughts on this?

I am also considering getting a third sensor just to be sure that tracking is 100%.

Thanks everyone!

System is fine, my first VR setup for the RIft was an R5 1600x + RX 480 8GB + 16GB DDR4. It ran just fine except in two unusually demanding titles not offered in the Oculus store. For everything else, I had max detail with a little bit of extra pixel density and held a locked 90 fps.

I pulled the trigger :). After a ton of research, I even picked up the third sensor and the ear buds for my sensitive ears. I am excited!
