Using the Oculus causes my internet to drop to 0.12 mbps. (Lenovo Y720)

Firstly, I have the Lenovo Y720:
16 GB's memory
i7 7700HQ CPU
GTX 1060 6GB
USB 3.0 x 3
1 TB HDD
512 SSD

Every time I open Oculus (with both of my sensors plugged in) my internet immediately drops. This occurs when I run the application with WiFi or Ethernet. They both don't work. I have very good internet at home, usually ranging from 220mbps to 270mbps. If anyone has experienced this issue and knows the answer, please respond. It's killing me. Thank you!

My hypothesis: Using 3 USB 3.0's is using too much bandwidth, thereby restricting my internet connection. I believe this because when I unplugged one of the sensors, (only used 1 sensor and the headset) my internet went up, and when I plugged it back in, (2 sensors, and the headset) it dropped again.

Does the laptop also have at least one USB 2.0 port? You could try using it for one of the sensors...

It does not unfortunately. I am going to purchase a USB 2.0 Hub and see if it works.
