Did you read the email from Oculus?

If the credit provided is a different currency than what you see in the Oculus Store, please contact Oculus Support for further assistance.

Have you tried contacting Oculus Support?

Maybe if you contact Oculus Support then Oculus Support will be able to fix it.

Because the email says to contact Oculus Support.

So, my suggestion would be to contact Oculus Support.

Have I mentioned contacting Oculus Support yet?

Given that inflation erodes the value of your money, waiting for 12 months to spend it isn't real smart either.

Well I didn't even wait, didn't even realise I had it until I received an email notification. Then when I logged in to spend it I cannot use it because they ignored currency matter and put USD instead or didn't even prepare currency conversion eCommerce system.

Well, given that it's backed up by a big company, that's pretty dumb movement.
