I can't find any option to determine RAM usage.  Anyone know how to do this?

Do you mean for a specific application from the store? That you are building from Unity? Or do you mean in general you want to be able to check what processes are active and how much RAM they are using?
I haven't seen any system processes check in Oculus Go.

DESPITE what people think....RAM is not the same as the storage. People need to learn that. Same as memory is not the same as storage....but it can be used AS storage. Just just urks me majorly when people wrongly think that and say “oh I have 1TB of memory”.

    NO YOU DON’T.

When did the OP say he was talking about storage? I assume this IS about RAM.

Pretty simple question.  The OS, apps (and their downloaded content) along with sideloaded videos all take up a cumulative amount of the RAM that ships in a device.  It would be nice to know how much that is, that's all.

Just to be clear, RAM is storage for data that is being actively used. So a side loaded video doesn't use RAM until you're watching the video. But that would be one video at a time. You want to know how much RAM you use while watching a video? And how much RAM the Go OS uses while it's powered on? And how much RAM a particular app uses while you are using that app?
Anyway, I looked into this and you can use ADB. You can check all available RAM with vmstat:
    adb shell vmstat

Or a more fleshed out one could be:

    adb shell "cat /proc/meminfo"
Though this all gives you overall information rather than process specific information. If you have the package name for the application you want to check the RAM usage for, I'm sure there's a way to target it with ADB and pull the RAM usage from that process.

I'll have a play around and see if I can figure this one out.

Well that didn't take long. You can use Dumpsys:

If you just want to see what is running on your device:
    adb shell dumpsys -1
To get the package names use something like this:
adb shell dumpsys procstats --hours 1

From that list find the application you want to check the memory usage for and put that package name here:
adb shell dumpsys meminfo package_name|pid [-d]
