Purchased a game online through oculus.com and not showing in Go library

An app shows in my online account through oculus.com, but isn't in my headset library (though says it is on the web store).  Am I missing something to make this update on the headset?  (Obviously, I just got the Go recently).

Thanks for any help!

Which game did you buy? ... you still need to download the game before it appears in the library, in your OG, while in your library there should be a menu to your left, and something saying "download" ... this will list all purchased apps that are not downloaded.
    Core i7-7700k @ 4.9 Ghz | 32 GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance @ 3000Mhz | 2x 1TB Samsung Evo | 2x 4GB WD Black
ASUS MAXIMUS IX HERO | MSI AERO GTX 1080 OC @ 2000Mhz | Corsair Carbide Series 400C White (RGB FTW!)

the home screen shows "not installed" and "library" options; says library is up to date, and non installed apps don't list the newly purchased one.  I'll log out of the website and relog to see if that works.

By the way, totally unrelated, in spite of carefully cleaning the screen, there is a line running across the mid vision area.  (I haven't used this in sunlight).  Is this a defect?

Thanks SO much for responding so quickly.

Stupid question, but did you use the same login in the web store as your Oculus GO?

How about on the Oculus Go app, can you go on the phone, and search for the game there, does it say "Purchased/Install" ?

I would contact official technical support with regards to the anomaly on your display, they might be able to assist better. https://tickets.oculusvr.com/hc/en-us/requests/new as this is a mainly community supported forum :)

Yep. Same password on both the (android) app and the website.  logged off and relogged on both.  On website, as said, it says purchased (and went through on credit card, of course). The game (Psychonauts) is on the website store, but apparently not on the google drive Go app store.  (I actually bought the Go for the world cup stream (!), but was such a fan of that game years ago :)).

Thanks for being a volunteer helper.  Again, thanks for the quick replies.

Still wondering about this "line" in mid vision. Is this common?

Oh, forgot to mention that the purchase history on the app says nothing was purchased.

I see what happened, you have purchased an Oculus Rift game, not GO .. if you notice in the web store there are tabs for each platform. You wil have to contact support and ask for a refund, explain to them it was a mistake. Psychonauts is not currently available for the GO. (Loved the game myself!, big fan)

The line you are describing doesn't sound like something common and I would get in touch with them so they can investigate and if there is an issue get you a replacement.

Searching the Oculus website, it seems that Psychonauts is an Oculus Rift game and isn't available for the Oculus Go. You may need to try requesting a refund.

Sigh.  This must be a final sale, as there's no "more" option or refund request capability on this title on the order history.  No sweat, actually, just some $11.00.

I guess it wasn't explicit whether this was available for refund.  I didn't want to purchase it through Steam.

You have been sooo helpful!  Thank you so much, yet again.

For Oculus Rift games, you can request refunds through the Desktop App (oculus.com/setup) ... although I think it will be easier if you get in touch with them directly via https://tickets.oculusvr.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

If a game was bought no longer than 3 days ago, you should be able to get it refunded no questions asked.

And you are most welcome :)
