Removing a headset from my iOS Oculus App

I had initially purchased a 64gb Oculus go and found that it was too much space for me, after I used it for a day, or so. I did a factory reset and took the headset back to Best Buy and the next day picked up a 32gb model which I am happy with. I can’t seem to find a way of deleting the first headset from my oculus account (in the app). Am I missing something?

Hi,  Did you figure out how to do it?

I know this is an old post but I was searching for the answer. Found that you need to log into your account via a browser and remove the Oculus Go from your account. Then close/refresh the app and it will be gone.

I go to my oculus account > My Devices on my mac browser but there is nowhere to "remove" my old (and returned) oculus go device. Very weird.

I have the exact same issue. Did you find a solution?

It's a known issue. I contacted support last year to remove 2 lost devices from account. after 20 emails back and forth it was determined that this is not possible. I have a lot of units for development and business and it's really annoying that these lost units are always in the pile and get confused when trying to connect and cast from a headset.

@OculusSupport should really take care of this. I cannot believe this is so hard ...

Yeah, same problem here, impossible to remove a Go that I no longer have.

Still no update to this? When I go to https://secure.oculus.com/my/devices/ I see my new Quest and my old one but I can't interact with them at all. No option in the app either. This seems like a pretty silly oversight for Oculus/Facebook.

The quiet on this from Oculus is mind boggling @OculusSupport
