Hi there, have the same issue. My specs are:

    The model AN515-41-F6VS
    NH.Q2UAA.003
    Windows 10 Home
    AMD FX-Series FX-9830P processor Quad-core 3 GHz
    15.6" Full HD (1920 x 1080) 16:9 IPS
AMD Radeon RX 550 with 4 GB Dedicated Memory
    8 GB, DDR4 SDRAM
which should be better than min requirements stated at https://support.oculus.com/170128916778795/ ( Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 480 or greater, CPU: AMD FX4350 or greater).

when connected it shows it doesn't meet min requirements but refers to wrong CPU ( Intel i3) and GPU (Nvidia).
