How to know if my USBs are Oculus Ready?

So I've been looking at getting an Oculus Rift and the comparability check tool says my PC is all good, except for the USB.
"Some of the hardware that powers your USB ports is incompatible with Rift. Here is the hardware that is incompatible: Etron USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft)"

So I assume I can't use those USB ports, however I have USB ports on top and at the back of my PC. In my PCs system specs it says I have:
Etron USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft)
Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft)
USB Composite Device x2
USB RootHub (USB 3.0) x2

Motherboard:
PRIME Z370 (if it makes a difference)

So with this set up, will any of my USB ports be able to run the rift or will I have to look for alternatives and if so what alternatives?
