For 2018 my suggestions would probably be:

    1. Moss
    2. Windlands 2
    3. Beat Saber (early access)
    4. Seeking Dawn
    5. Transference
    6. Racket: Nx (reached v. 1.0 in July 2018)
    7. Vox Machinae (early access)
    8. Kin
    9. Sacralith
    10. In Death

Runners-up: Hellblade, Marble Land, Xion, Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin, Creed and Red Matter.
Intel i7 7700K (4.5 GHz); MSI GeForce GTX 1080 8GB Gaming X (oc 2100 MHz gpu boost, 11 GHz mem speed); 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 MHz; MSI Z270I Gaming Pro Carbon AC (VR-Ready) mainboard; Samsung 960 Evo M.2 SSD + Toshiba P300 HD; Windows 10 OS; Valve Index and Oculus Rift CV1 - the latter nearly always using super sampling 2.0.

    Trinity
    Beat Saber.
    Windlands 2.
    SkyrimVR.

That's my personal Top 3 for the year 2018. Then, if we count previous games:

    Elite:Dangerous.
    VRChat.
Rec Room (especially the Battle Royale mode).
Onward (it just lacks content in my opinion, otherwise the gameplay and graphics are excellent).
I Expect you to Die (or, as I like to call it, the best game to try VR for the first time).
Dead Effect 2 VR (only problem is the graphics, otherwise this game is fun as hell).
Batman: Arkham VR (the gameplay is shit, especially for today, but the rest is simply perfect and it ties in perfectly in the original game trilogy).

I couldn't try Moss, Seeking Dawn, Vox Machinae and Transference, but they definitely look like awesome games.
    Current VR results imo:
    - Great small apps. Great ports of bigger games.
    - Great VR-specific features. Not enough showcased!!!
    - Too many actors in the industry, the market is totally broken.

My hopes for VR next gen:

    - Better ratio between visual quality and power needs. No more godrays and less SDE.
    - Full Body Tracking.

    Brain Burst

Onward (it just lacks content in my opinion, otherwise the gameplay and graphics are excellent).
just letting you know that Onward will be releasing a new update before the end of this year with a nice amount of content.

    to expect in this update:
    - a huge change in performance due so many performance tweaks and boosts
    - two new maps (make sure to bring warm clothing to one of these)
    - two new gamemodes (one being a objective oriented respawn gamemode)
    - preparations for better graphics/lighting
    - RPG-7
    - M203 underbarrel grenade launcher (with optional smoke grenades)
    - a redone ak47u model
    - many more

It s hard to name top10, but i can give you my top 2.
Elite dangerous and modded SkyrimVR. SkyrimVR with mods is  one ot the best experiences ive had in VR.

Especially now when there are mods where you can spank nude npcs and their body parts response to that. Also you can go full nude with vr body and vr physics mod and see your dong moving rather accurately in game. Full immersion for naked barbarian playthrough.
