Odd White light effect

ok so when ever there is a solid white light like text or a  white dot or some white area i get this odd thing around it it looks like a light house lighting effect if i move kind of like this but on both sides and it moves around when i move my head around  does anyone have any clue?

    Yes mate that is the infamous God rays due to the lens aberration. You won't notice it after some time, trust me ;)
