What if I pass my 1 year warranty during the support ticket timeframe?

Basically my question is, If I apply for warranty for a faulty controller by opening a ticket, lets say 10 days prior to warranty expiration, will I still be covered if the date is passed during the ticket timeframe. I ask this because I'm aware that the emailing back and forth with oculus support can take a couple weeks on some cases. What are the rules in this situation?

    Have you put that to them ? I think if you started the process before the expiration you should be good mate.
    A PC with lots of gadgets inside and a thing to see in 3D that you put on your head.

    If the issue is raised (through the appropriate channel) during the warranty period, then the warranty covers it.
    Otherwise all companies would use slow response times to avoid their responsibility. Just make sure you keep a record of when your ticket was opened.
