Hey Yarzu, that's a
bit unusual. Do you have any anti-virus or other security software
running? They may be conflicting with the Oculus software. Try
temporarily disabling any anti-virus software (including Windows
Defender) and see if you're able to get past it. If you're still
having issues, please feel free to create a support ticket at
https://support.oculus.com
