I will be waiting for eternaty until a staff member or a expert responds to this, my graphics card is absolutely fine!
Processor: AMD A6-9220 RADEON, R4
Yet it still asks me to update my graphics card driver
Is it just me that didnt restart oculus app correctly?

You sound like an angry little man. I'm going to try to help you anyway.

    1. Your subject title says "....... asks me to update my GPU???"
    2. You say your "card" is fine.
    3. You then say "...... asks me to update my graphics card driver"

    4. I say, slow down, read the message carefully, and act on it.
    5. ..............Get a new PC

Here's a "benchmark" score for your R4, and also for the Minimum spec R9 290. You'll see that your "card" is not fine.

Also, the community is not retarded. (well, not all of it)

Vive has the same requirements for GPU
    • Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon R9 290 or better. Sorry but your card is not fine.

Probably just as well that you can't run anything. Because if Oculus DID allow you to run anything on a Radeon R4 it would run at around 5FPS AT BEST and you'll reunite yourself with your lunch.

Same goes for a Vive too.

The Radeon R4 is basically an integrated GPU and doesn't even have any VRAM ffs :o

If you can't get a PC or upgrade to a laptop powerful enough to run the Rift I'd get a refund on the Rift if you can and wait a few months for the Quest or get an Oculus Go because your laptop/notebook doesn't have a hope in hell of running any sort of PCVR headset at any sort of framerate above 10fps. It would be like looking at a slideshow.
