Customer service

It's been 9 days since I contacted customer support about a broken earphone, sent them all the information that they asked for and today get a sorry we haven't reviewed your case yet lol. Worst customer support ever!!!!

    Ooooh I can think of a lot worse, they'll get to you ;)
    A PC with lots of gadgets inside and a thing to see in 3D that you put on your head.

    LoL, yeah probably right after I say effit and but new head phones from them. Sorry but I've personally have never had this bad of customer support. They asked for the serial numbers, address, invoice from Amazon and too make sure I have a valid payment linked to my account. Gave them all that they asked for and a few days latet they tell me sorry we haven't reviewed your situation yet. They need to get their stuff together.

    They haven't got back to me ether.  You can always rate on Google, Reddit and many other places.  I think that's where I'll start.
