The rtx 2060 only has one HDMI port and my TV i use as a monitor is using it.   What are my alternatives?   Can I use a Displayport to hdmi converter for the Rift?   Do you guys have any other solutions?

Yes, you can use adaptors for the Rift. See here ..................

Would this not work?  https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B075V68NVR/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_gopuCb2DX41B0 ; i just tried  usb-c hub i have for my phone and it seems to work.    The hubs hdmi port is only rated for 4k @30hz

The one you linked has been recommended on this forum before. Use the search function for
"Cable Matters Gold Plated DisplayPort to HDMI"

if you're worried about compatibility with the rift, just use the adapter on the other device that is currently occupying your hdmi port. Most modern tv's you should have multiple display port inputs so you could just get a dp cable instead of the adapter

I don't think that is an issue, it will run at 90 hz.
I used a different c-port adapter and it worked quite well.
