I am trying to install the oc software for the first time and I have no room on my c drive and cannot clear any. I followed the steps in "run" to switch it to my :D drive but it does not recognize the file path.. If anyone has found a better solution or anything on this issue please let me know.

Thanks

Do you get an error message of any kind @Palerider86 ?

As far as I can remember, the drive has to be NTFS formatted, not a network drive and not a dynamic drive and have 4GB free (I think). If you meet those requirements you should be good to go.

I'd uninstall Oculus, re-download it and try again.

( :D drive is my favourite drive!)

The download size for me is 18gb. Both drive are NTFS Formatted. And I don't believe I have anything oculus installed yet. This is for the Software. I will check my files and make sure though nothing is downloaded yet.

    Thanks.

By the way, if you're typing in the path for the installation rather than navigating to it, make sure the colon is after the drive letter, not before. Just on the off chance that's what's throwing up the error.

I know it's not the solution you want but if your C: drive is an SSD and it's full you might want to free space or upgrade since SSD performance degrades when it's full!

    c:\users\andre\downloads\OculusSetup.exe/drive=d:........ also tried Oculussetup/drive=d:

Not trying to be pedantic (like command line stuff is), but the oculus guide for this shows a space between oculussetup and the forward slash.........

    C:\users\andre\downloads\OculusSetup /drive=D         (no colon also)
