I purchased the Dead Secret app and after playing the game for a while, it crashed. There was nothing but a black screen. As a result, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game TWICE. Soon after, the entire app disappeared. It appears as if I never purchased the app at all; it was deleted. I put in a ticket LAST WEEK and so far, the problem has not been resolved. I was told by a support tech to be patient. Prior to that, I was told to contact the developers. Well, I went to the developers' website, and there was no contact information. Am I supposed to just let it go? Am I supposed to be out of $9.99 and not question it? What if it happens again? I would like to know what I am supposed to do now. I even requested a refund; however, nothing has happened.
