How to fix - "package installer has stopped" ?

Hello 

I got this message - package installer has stopped while I am opening an application (Skybox), but I got it also in another app.
I reinstalled my GO and it has not been fixed.
Anybody? :-(

    Hey Yaniv, I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your Go. Please try completely powering down your Go, restarting your Go and then reinstalling the app. If you're still having issues, you may need to perform a factory reset on your Go. Before you perform a factory reset, please make sure your Go is fully charged. Instructions on resetting your Go are available here https://support.oculus.com/166300084150879/ .
