Hello,

i post this issue again, because i got no answer in the official thread for it.

When i start medium i have a white window and nothing happens. Later i get the info that medium is not responding. I have reinstalled the driver two times. I have reinstalled medium also and deleted the user preferences. I have installed the driver once as the express installation and once as a new installation. The log still states that vulcan fails. No other rift app or game has an issue like this. Please help. It worked fine a few months prior. I wanted to start it up again but no luck

I have the reports a bit cut, if oyu need something specific please tell me.

Hi @AtraDemonica,  thanks for posting your display info, and sorry for not responding earlier. I can see you're using a 780Ti, which is lower than Medium's recommended spec. I'm sorry, but you're unable to use Medium with your current configuration. Medium's recommended spec is i5 CPU, NVIDIA 1060 or AMD for best performance. If you'd like to be rolled back to 1.3.3 to continue using Medium, please email medium@oculus.com.
