Sorry to hear that your system isn't working as intended. In this situation, I recommend restarting your device then leaving it plugged in for about 2 hours while it's connected to your WiFi so it may automatically update the firmware if any updates are available.
If that doesn't change anything, would you be able to check the System Version of your Go? You'll be able to check this by going to Settings > See All > About > Version. Once you have that information, please reach out and create a ticket with us here: https://support.oculus.com/885981024820727/ so we can look further into this with you!

Thank you very much for your support. As your advice, I try to keep connecting WiFi. The system crash has been solved, but when I click Settings - See All - Power - Auto Sleep, there are only 15min max. no "unlimited" or "none". Are there any case of these symptom?
