Hi, I bought two binoculars on Amazon
One failed and was replaced by the warranty
  The second binoculars were destroyed
Amazon is not ready to fix they ask me to contact the manufacturer even that I have a warranty
  What to do?

And how were they destroyed? I take it you don't mean binoculars but an Oculus Go ?
A PC with lots of gadgets inside and a thing to see in 3D that you put on your head.

I just sent my faulty toaster*** back 3 days ago. my new one actually arrived before they got my old one back.
in the UK at least it is the vendor responsible for warranty claims not the manufacturer,  Sometimes vendors do try it on but am surprised that Amazon have.  OR are you saying they were destroyed by you, rather than by the delivery company? if so you should be looking at your insurance policies as that is not a warranty or an Amazon issue.

I hope you get sorted out.

***about as relevant a product as binoculars on a VR forum
Fiat Coupe, gone. 350Z gone. Dirty nappies, no sleep & practical transport incoming. Thank goodness for VR :)
