Hello,

I've a friend living in Israel trying to get hold of a Rift S, however no store over there seems to sell them.

Does anyone have any reccomendations on the best course of action?

Amazon sell the quest over there, but oddly not the Rift S citing issues of batteries.

Thanks

Bizarre should be the other way around. The quest has batteries and the rift s needs a pc

You'd think, i take it the amazon rep wasn't sure themselves why.

    Is there no way then?

How about you buying it, sending it over to him ? But if things went wrong he would have to send it back to you. Long work around but a work around non the less ?

it's an idea we considered, but we're unaware of how to calculate the tax/fee he'd expect to be hit with by customs

    That could work
Amazon.com started offering it to him later that day, so he bought it there and they seem to have accepted it.

Incase this would help someone else, here is what amazon.com broke it down to a day after ordering
