Medium to Unity, smoother geometry

I`ve exported my Medium geometry to FBX at full resolution and imported it int Unity, but there are still a lot of jagged edges that look weird and that I could not see in Medium. Does anyone have a trick to modify it in 3ds max or Unity so that it looks smoother in Unity, but that I will still be able to bake lighting?
