I just bought a brand new Rift S. I've got it all set up, I've got all the cables connected, the Oculus software says everything is looking good. When I launch the free Skybox VR app in the Oculus app, the motion tracking from my Rift S responds fine when I hold the unit in my hand (I can see from my computer monitor), but there is absolutely no visual signal whatsoever. It's jet black, completely dead. I am able to hear through the built-in speakers just fine. I just can't see anything. Do I have a malfunctioning unit? Is there anything I need to do to "unlock" it, or whatever? Should I take it back? I'm using Windows 10. Thanks in advance.
[Edit] I enabled Beta mode and it updated all the software, including firmware, which took care of everything. Please disregard this request for support.
