We were having a lot of problems with the Premium Bowling game that we purchased. No matter what we did, it refused to work. The developer(s) were absolutely fantastic in their efforts to help us. I mean, several emails back and forth in a very timely manner and so on - they didn't let us feel abandoned or 'all alone' in our trouble. Many thanks to them for their kindness and trust in us as well. Since we got our new Rift S, we discovered that we needed more memory and a higher (much higher) speed video card with more memory. The dev's attention to detail helped us to come to this conclusion and now the game is working perfectly fine. Tomi, again, many thanks from a very faithful fan!
