“Unable to add payment method”

I’m using the oculus app in my phone and I’m trying to add a debit card, but I keep getting this message. Yes, all my info is correct. I restarted the app, restarted my phone, tried disconnecting from my WiFi, I tried everything. It’s getting to the point where it is just ridiculous, I’m literally just trying to give oculus money, but they don’t want it apparently. :( I have found no solutions to this issue when I searched online, so if anyone has any answers, it would be appreciated. I’m using an oculus quest if that helps.

    Same here.  have had a ticket opened for a few days.  i had no issues buying for the first couple of weeks, then suddenly...  there are a few apps i would like to buy. Will not even allow me to add PayPal.

    I am also having this issue as I attempt to purchase a new oculus rift cable
