I have a game that I have less than 2 hours played and less than 2 weeks owned. I tried to refund it inside Oculus App. Gave me an error, if it persists contact support. So I contacted support 3 days ago. Their email said to ask for a refund in the app, to which I replied that in my initial contact I told them that I already tried that and was getting an error. I've only got 2 days left for a refund. What can I do?
