I wish they were, I believe good foot tracking is important to increasing immersion in VR.
But Oculus has never supported tracking more than one extra device (VR Object), and even that feature has been dropped from the Rift-S. Considering their move to inside-out tracking, it's very unlikely we'll see foot tracking any time soon.

You may be interested @burgemeesterbart but there are some attractions using the Oculus CV1 that also use foot tracking - I include an image of the Dreamscape platform that uses full foot and hand tracking:
