Tilt Brush Download Failed

So I just bought Tilt Brush for my Oculus Quest. Every time i try to install it, it just says "download failed."

I've tried restarting it multiple times and restarting my internet. Weirdly enough, it will install other things, like updates and games. It only won't install Tilt Brush. Any solutions?

*Edit:
Some other apps I've tried to download say "download failed" as well (Skybox and Hulu). I took it over to my friend's house and attempted to download Tilt Brush of his internet and no luck.
