Rift software suddenly does not work/install on Win 7 64 bit

I was away from my computer for a few weeks.  Came home and tried to fire up Rift and it wouldn't work.  Said I needed to repair and when I did that it said I needed two Windows downloads that I knew I had installed.  I uninstalled the software, downloaded setup and tried to re-install.  Now it says I don't have Win 7 64 bit which I know I do.

Any ideas?

Sucks that Rift is bricked but I really don't want to upgrade to Windows 10 if I don't have to.

That works for the KB2670838 and KB3033929 warning, which prevents installation. However no idea about that win7 64bit message.

Yeah I tried that but when I run it I still get the OS error.  Sucks.
