Continuously getting error that 'Oculus Software Restart is Required' (Rift S)

This error pops up constantly when everything else seems fine. I've tried reconnecting the headset and that doesn't work.

    If you are on the PTC release, going onto the the channel release may help.  I had this same issue with PTC installed.

    Try checking your Rift S on Device Manager. I was re-installing the software and I had this same problem. I just updated the driver and it works fine.
