There's a problem with the distance and proximity mechanism at the top of the helmet.

Hello, gentlemen. Tell me, please. Bought helmet Oculus Rift S less 12.08.19. After another rest, he put on his helmet. Adjusted the rim from behind, lifting, lowering and in principle choosing a comfortable and clear position of the helmet. Then abruptly on top of the mechanism that is responsible for the position of the helmet relative to the eyes (closer-farther), has ceased to commit. That is, the button that is on the bottom of the helmet on the left, as if to press, although it is not. How can you fix this? Pull out, insert the rim - does not help.

The button is only meant to release the front so it can be slid back and forth manually. If it's fully extended or retracted, you will only be able to move it in opposite direction, and you will have to move it manually (as in the button doesn't move the front on its own - it just operates a release mechanism)
